Low Yee Lin
Yee Lin graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Sultan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu in 2015. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2017 after she completed her pupillage under Mr Alvin Chang of Messrs Iqbal Hakim Sia & Voo, Johor Bahru. There, she was the head of conveyancing team which handled both developer projects and sub-sale matters.

She had the experience of advising the developers on recent law developments relating to housing development and strata management. Tasked with multiple projects, she monitored each file closely and ensured timeous drawdown of facility and completion of the matters.

Tan Jing Ting
Jing Ting studied law at University of Liverpool, United Kingdom where she graduated with a First Class Honours in 2017. She managed to pass her Bar Professional Training Course with the grade of Very Competent. She was then called to the Bar of England and Wales by The Honourable Society of Middle Temple on 22 November 2018 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of The High Court of Malaya in 2019. Jing Ting focuses on real estate, banking and finance and corporate & commercial.

During her years of professional practice, she has experience in real estate transactions from advisory, acquisitions and disposals, commercial & corporate banking and housing loan transactions to development projects. She has acted for local and foreign clients by advising on their real estate transactions for a consideration up to RM210 million.

Yew Jun Hui
Jun Hui graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Warwick and passed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) examination before being called to the Malaysian Bar in 2021. She completed her pupillage at Tan & Lee, Johor Bahru, where her practice focused primarily on conveyancing matters, with exposure to corporate work. Her experience included assisting on commercial and industrial tenancy agreements, reviewing commercial agreements, advising on licensing, trusts and strata management matters, and assisting with the sale and purchase of real property.

From 2021 to 2025, Jun Hui practised with Lim Jo Yan & Co., a boutique corporate and commercial firm in Kuala Lumpur. During this period, she was involved in a broad range of corporate, transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, market entry projects, regulatory compliance, and employment-related advisory work. Her experience spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular exposure to regulated industries, technology-driven businesses, retail, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.

Jun Hui is currently with Yee & Tan, where her practice continues to focus on corporate and commercial matters, including share disposals, drafting shareholders’ agreements and employment policies, and advising on commercial agreements.

Teng Xin Wei
Teng Xin Wei pursued her legal studies at the University of London International Programme where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) with Crescendo International College in 2023. She then proceeded to study the programme of Certificate in Legal Practice at the Advance Tertiary College where she passed the examination in 2024.

She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2026 after she completed her pupillage at Messrs Cheng & Partners. She has experience in the conveyancing matters, particularly on property transactions and banking matters.
